All Artifacts and Poem Locations - God of War Ragnarok Guide - IGN (2025)

Artifacts are rare collectible items found throughout God of War Ragnarok and are identifiable in the way they glow purple, distinguishing them from the yellow glow of other items you'll find throughout the different regions and realms. Aside from adding some background lore, their primary function is to be sold to the dwarves for Hacksilver.

This Artifacts collectible guide will detail everything you need to know about these lore-based collectibles, including the two available types and the exact locations they can be found.

Artifact Types Explained

Artifacts come in two types:

• Local Artifacts are part of a series that can only be found within a specific Realm of the game. These are displayed on a bench on the left side of the workshop in Sindri's House.
• Kvasir's Poems are books that are located across multiple realms, and are themselves considered easter eggs. These are displayed on the shelves between Kratos and Atreus' rooms in Sindri's House.

It's well worth noting that you'll still be able to read the lore about Artifacts in your Journal even after you've sold them off.

All Svartalfheim Artifact and Poem Locations

The Svartalfheim Artifacts and Poems section has been ordered by when you can visit them earliest in the game. Additionally, there are no Artifacts in Modvitnir’s Rig, Dragon Beach, The Watchtower, Radsvinn’s Rig, Althjof’s Rig, Alberich Island or Sverd Sands. Use the table below to jump to a specific item:

Aurvangar Wetlands Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in the Aurvangar Wetlands.

Things Left Behind 1 - Hreidmar’s Brassard

This is found in the area where you dock to move a giant wheel. From the spot where the boat docked, freeze the geyser by throwing your Leviathan Axe at its base, then jump across. Look right to spot a taller geyser you can also freeze.

When you leap up to the top of the ledge, look right to find Hreidmar’s Brassard.

Kvasir’s Poems 1 - The Sunrise of Nothingness

• References: Horizon: Zero Dawn

Practically tripped over as you use the water wheels to get to the second chain that lowers the final wall blocking the river. Once you ride on top of the giant metal anvil-like block to a higher level, you’ll see this glowing purple on top of a table in front of you, next to a red Coffin.

Nidavellir Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in Nidavellir.

Kvasir’s Poems 2 - Large Society Ground Orb, The Performance

• Requires: Sonic Arrows
• References: MLB: The Show

This Artifact can be spotted at the Nidavellir docks as soon as you arrive on the boat, on a larger dock close to where Kratos can dock the boat. The dock is blocked by a green Soundstone wall, which can be imploded with Sonic Arrows. If you don’t have Sonic Arrows yet, talk to Sindri at the marketplace where the Odin statue is.

Once you destroy the green wall, the Artifact will be on a crate directly under a blue-roofed shelter.

Things Left Behind 2 - Griep’s Firebomb

• Location: Svartalfheim - Nidavellir

This Artifact can be found in the second, Northern half of Nidavellir, which you get to by crawling through a sewer passage next to Sindri’s shop in the market square.

Once you emerge, look left to spot a blue awning above a doorway into a fire-lit hallway, blocked by some wooden objects. Smash them, head through the hallway, then head down the ramp at the end to find the Artifact directly ahead in the alleyway.

Lyngbakr Island Artifacts

There is one Poem to be found on the Lyngbakr Island.

Kvasir’s Poems 3 - We Who Remain, Part the Second

• References: The Last of Us: Part II

This Kvasir Poem is found on the back of Lyngbakr Island, the whale island in Svartalfheim’s Bay of Bounty from The Weight of Chains Favor. To get up there, head to the dock you originally used in the Favor and climb up the wall, then turn left, jump across the gaps, then go around the corner and climb up the gold chain on the right-hand wall.

From there, look left to find some handholds you can use to climb up a large wall. At the top, turn left, leap across the gap, then jump across the next gap to find the Artifact on your right, next to a dead dwarf (there’ll be a Coffin nearby).

The Forge Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in The Forge.

Things Left Behind 3 - Bari’s Grenade

This Artifact is located in the opening area of The Forge. From the train stop, head down the wooden walkway and then divert right into a rocky area with ledges.

Climb up the left-hand ledge, then turn right to spot some wooden objects over the Artifact. Smash them and collect the Artifacts.

Jarnsmida Pitmines Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in the Jarnsmida Pitmines.

Things Left Behind 4 - Lofnheid’s Whetstone

The only Raven in Jarnsmida Pitmines is found in the opening area where you first arrived on the crashed minecart, and very close to a Mystic Gateway covered in Red Fungi Bramble.

It’s located to the right of the Mystic Gateway; look for a gold chain you can slide down on the North side of the lake. There’s also one of Odin’s Ravens flying above the lake here too!

Note: if you didn't find the artifact on your first visit to the mines, you need to firstunlock a ropeway to come here on your return.

Kvasir’s Poems 4 - Tool and Bang

• References: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart

This Artifact is found towards the end of the Jarnsmida Pitmines area, in the battle area where Sindri gives Kratos and Atreus new sources of light, just after Kratos shifts a cart to the side. To start, stand where the cart is and face forwards into the cave: here, make a wide U-turn to your right.

Here you should spot a pillar holding up the water trough with gold segments: use the Blades of Chaos to turn the end of the trough, which will cause a giant crate holding a stone block to move towards you. While it’s doing this, use the explosive pot to your left to destroy the gold rocks, letting you leap up to the crane’s stone block one it’s in position.

Once you’re on top of the stone block, throw the Leviathan Axe into the end of the trough: this blocks the water flow, making the crane move you to its original starting position.

When the stone block has finally stopped moving, you can have Kratos hang off the side of the stone black and then leap over to a new area.

From there, follow the mine cart tracks uphill: the Artifact will be at the top of the hill, close to a Legendary Chest on the right.

The Applecore Artifacts

There are two Artifacts to be found in The Applecore.

Things Left Behind 5 - Althjof’s Statues

This Artifact is rather missable, because it’s at the very end of an optional side path. Your starting point will be soon after Atreus spots his second door, you jump over a water trough, turn left to go up a curved path, then turn left again to go down a bridge. From here the path will split: left to a water trough puzzle, and right to some gold rocks.

The path is right to the gold rocks, but to destroy them, you’ll have to hop down the left-hand path for a bit: this will give you the angle to throw the Leviathan Axe at a red pot behind the gold rocks, which will destroy them and clear the way.

Head down the right-hand path now, crawl under the wall, and you’ll have to fight some Grims, Wretches and a Bergsra Monster. In the process of killing them all, you’ll have to grapple across a blue-lit gap on the left and then leap up a wall to the upper area.

Once the battle is over, at the upper area, check the left-hand side for a large door you can go through.

On the other side, look to your left to see a small ledge you can climb up: at the end you’ll see the Artifact!

Things Left Behind 6 - Durinn’s Stone Statue

The final Artifact in the Things Left Behind set is found after you pick up your first Relic in the flooded room. Shuffle through the crack in the wall, then destroy some hanging Soundstone rocks with Sonic Arrows so you can grapple to the other side. Once you’ve done this, you’ll walk through a curved wooden walkway.

At the end of the wooden walkway, turn left and grapple across the gap, then turn left again: you should see a lower area with the Artifact sitting on a wooden barrel behind some Soundstone rocks. Destroy them with a Sonic arrow and claim your prize!

Kvasir’s Poems 13 - Sanguinity

• Prerequisite: Complete the Forging Destiny main quest
• Location: Svartalfheim - The Applecore
• References: Bloodborne

This Artifact is found in The Applecore in Svartalfheim, however it cannot be reached until the story has you return here and you complete the Forging Destiny main quest, much later in the game. You’ll pick up some new equipment along the way that you can use to get through.

Once you’ve done this, return to The Applecore by going to the Mystic Gateway in the Aurvangar Wetlands, then take the ferry that goes North-West to the Sverd Sands. Here you’ll find the elevator back into The Applecore. Once you’re down here, look for the Rope Frame you can now use to create a shortcut.

Ride the zipline down to the bottom, then continue North through the tunnel.

When you round the corner, you’ll see a high wall with a Wind Vent on the side. Use your new equipment to plug it up, then climb up the wall to the top.

At the top, head forward and you’ll see a large boulder with a yellow Wind Fissure on it. Throw your new equipment into it and then detonate it with the Triangle button, destroying the boulder.

The Artifact will be in the clearing up ahead, on the right-hand side next to a dead Grim with a sword in it.

If you’re wondering about the name of the poem, sanguine is derived from the Latin word “sanguis”, meaning “blood”.

The Strond Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in The Strond.

Kvasir’s Poems 5 - Afterlife Abandonment

• References: Death Stranding

This Artifact in The Strond is found just after you first use Twilight Stone to destroy a wooden door from behind and fight some Wretches. Standing in the doorway facing the way forward, you should see a ledge just ahead that you can drop down.

Do so, head left, then destroy the debris blocking the way, then kill the two Wretches who show up. In the room beyond the doorway will be the Artifact, sitting next to a Legendary Chest.

Tribute to Freyr 1 - Dream Charm

The first Artifact of this series is found shortly after your first fight with Light Elves. Continue forward by lifting the huge fallen chunk of rock, then go down the stairs. At the bottom, turn right to spot the Artifact sitting near a Nornir Chest and a yellow Wind Fissure in the rock.

Temple of Light Artifacts

There are two Poems to be found in the Temple of Light.

Kvasir’s Poems 6 - Visions After Rest

• References: Dreams

This Artifact is incredibly difficult to miss. As you journey through the Temple of Light, you’ll go up a long curved staircase to a second Light Door. To lower it, you’ll have to go right and leap up to a ledge.

Once up there, go left to a balcony, getting you the right angle to bounce the Axe off a Twilight Stone and destroy the light crystal. The poem will be on this very balcony.

Kvasir’s Poems 7 - Spirits Within Walls

• References: Concrete Genie

This Artifact is found after you use a wheel to lower a Twilight Stone to bounce into a light crystal, after which you’ll be swarmed by Nightmares in the next room. Once they’re all down, stand in the doorway and face the way forward: the poem will be in the room on your left, sitting on a table.

The Barrens Artifacts

There are two Artifacts and one Poem to be found in The Barrens.

Tribute to Freyr 2 - Horn

This Artifact is found at the Elf building in the North of the Barrens, and just East of the large Elf gate. The building will be occupied by two Dark Elves and a Dark Elf Lord.

Once they’re defeated, check outside the North-East area of the building: the Artifact will be there, next to a Lore Marker.

Kvasir’s Poems 8 - Celestial Construct

• References: Astro Bot Rescue Mission

This Artifact is found in the giant skeleton in the North-East area of The Barrens. Enter the mouth and then look for a wall you can leap up to, leading you through the skeleton’s mouth.

Inside is a battle area, where you’ll fight many Grims, Cursed Grims, and Wretches. Once they’re all down, look for the wall you can climb up in the East part of the room.

The Artifact will be here at the top of the wall, close to a Legendary Chest.

Tribute to Freyr 3 - Harp

• Prerequisite: Complete the Secret of the Sands Favor
• Contains: Shield Attachment - Rond of Affliction

This Artifact is found in a small cave just South-East of the entrance to The Barrens from The Canyons. However, you cannot enter it until you’ve completed the Secret of the Sands Favor. Once you’ve done this, look for a gap you can slip through between two stone walls.

Inside, you’ll see the Artifact in the back-right area of the room.

The Forbidden Sands Artifacts

There are two Artifacts and one Poem to be found in The Forbidden Sands.

Tributes to Freyr 4 - Token

This Artifact is found in Alfheim’s Forbidden Sands. This is an area that doesn’t become available until you complete The Reckoning main quest.

Once you’ve done that, head to the North side of the Forbidden Sands and look for the Light Elf ruins just North of the entrance to The Burrows. Get in via the grapple points on the South-West side.

Defeat the Light Elves you find in the main plaza, then locate a spot on the Eastern wall you can slip through.

Head up the stairs, and you’ll find the Artifact at the top!

Tributes to Freyr 6 - Bracelet

This Artifact is found in Alfheim’s Forbidden Sands. This is an area that doesn’t become available until you complete The Reckoning main quest.

Once that’s been done, head to the North-East corner of the Forbidden Sands to the Light Elf building (this is where The Elven Sanctum Favor takes place).

Climb up the wall, then look right to see the Artifact in the back corner of the balcony.

Kvasir’s Poems 10 - Trip

• Prerequisite: Complete the Song of the Sands Favor
• References: Journey

This Artifact is in The Forbidden Sands, which is not available to explore until you complete The Reckoning main quest.

Once you’ve done that, from the entrance to The Forbidden Sands in The Hjarta tunnel, head North-East under the rock arch, and keep an eye for a small elven tower on the right-hand side.

Climb to the top of the tower from the back, and you’ll find the Artifact at the top!

All Vanaheim Artifacts and Poem Locations

The Southern Wilds Artifacts

There is one Poem to be found in The Southern Wilds.

Kvasir’s Poems 9 - Upon Pursuing a Place Not Marked On Maps

• References: Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune

This lengthily-titled Artifact is found in the marketplace of Vanaheim’s The Southern Wilds, which is only accessible at night. As you pass through, you’ll have to go to the back of the marketplace and climb up to the upper walkways.

Once there, take two lefts to go across some wooden walkways, then at the end, jump left across the gap. From there, instead of continuing across the next walkway, kick down the shield on the left-hand ledge, then smash down into the ground below.

The Artifact will be there! If you’re wondering, the shield on the front of the book is the seal of Sir Francis Drake, visible on his coffin at the start of the very first Uncharted game.

Freyr’s Camp Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in Freyr's Camp.

Family Crests 3 - Skirnir’s Crest

• Prerequisite: Visit The Abandoned Village and return to Freyr’s Camp

This Family Crest isn’t available until you complete The Reckoning main quest. On the journey back you’ll get into a boat and eventually beach on a shore, close to a Mystic Gateway and a Coffin with 1 Dwarven Steel and 634 Hacksilver. It’ll be visible glowing purple in the shade.

The River Delta Artifacts

There are two Artifacts to be found in The River Delta.

Family Crests 2 - Odin’s Crest

This Family Crest Artifact is found under the giant tree between the Pilgrim’s Landing and Noatun’s Garden areas. Row into one of the passages leading under the tree and, instead of continuing forward, make a turn to find a shore you can beach on (turn left if you’re heading East, or right if you’re heading West).

Here will be some tree roots on the left and stone stairs on the right. Check among the roots to find the Artifact!

Family Crests 4 - Freya’s Crest

This Artifact can be found at the beach where the Southern Mystic Gateway is in The River Delta. Here will be Brok’s workshop: the Mystic Gateway is on the left. Check the dark alcove behind it to find the Artifact on the right-hand wall.

Noatun’s Garden Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in Noatun's Garden.

Family Crests 1 - Noatun’s Crest

The first Family Crest is found in Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim. Check the South-West corner of this area, between two ruined buildings, to find it here, close to some handholds leading up the side of the Southern-most building.

Vanir Shrine Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in the Vanir Shrine.

Family Crests 6 - Hylli’s Crest

This Artifact is found in the Northern part of Vanir Shrine, which is behind the viney doors in Goddess Falls where the Freya’s Missing Peace Favor takes place. The entrance will be guarded by spitting plants, and requires lowering a drawbridge.

Once you’ve done this, head across the bridge, right and then up the hill. Defeat any Nightmares that show up, then head for the exit. The way forward is uphill on the right, but if you ignore that and instead go directly forward, you’ll find the Artifact inside a small room.

The Veiled Passage Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in The Veiled Passage.

Family Crests 5 - Kvasir’s Crest

This Family Crest is found in The Veiled Passage. As you head through the main tunnel, you’ll come across a section where you face Reavers, as well as some spitter plants. Locate the main bulb close to the second spitting flower, then destroy it with a Hex Bubble and Blazing Surge combo (L2 and then R2 with the Blades of Chaos).

Once that’s done, look for a wooden wall in the corner and smash it; the Artifact is behind it.

The Plains Artifacts

There are three Artifacts to be found in The Plains.

Spirit Mementos 1 - Brooch

This Artifact is found and assembled as part of the Casualty of War: The Brooch Favor. To start it, head for the Eastern area of The Plains and stand at the spot where you first arrived, facing towards the frozen lightning bolt. Here, head East-North-East and check behind a tree. The spirit and half of the Brooch will be there.

To assemble the Artifact and complete the Favor, head for the South-Eastern corner of the area, the top of a cliff that overlooks down into The Sinkholes below. Here you’ll find a Traveller named Egil (or two Draugr if you already defeated him). The other half of the Brooch will be here close to the skeleton.

Spirit Mementos 2 - Scroll

This Artifact is in the North-Western area of The Plains, and requires a little bit of work to get to. Head for the North-West corner of the main area with the lake and look for some fallen rocks with yellow Wind Fissures in them. Stick a Draupnir Spear in each: you can’t destroy it yet because there’s a third one on the back.

With that set up, head North and mount over the fallen stone column, then drop down the ledge. Ahead will be a cave: grapple across both gaps, then head right around the rock and down the tunnel, guarded by explosive plants and Wretches. At the bottom will be half of the Scroll, alongside the spirit.

Once you’ve talked to them, return outside and leap up the tall wall to get to the Celestial Altar. Here, locate the Mystic Gateway and head to the ledge to the right of it overlooking some red trees. From here you can spot the rocks to your left: stick it with a Draupnir Spear, then destroy the rocks!

Drop down the ledge back into the main lake area and head through the new opening to the red tree meadow. The other half of the Artifact will be here next to the glowing skeleton.

Spirit Mementos 3 - Stein

• Prerequisites:
  
  • Complete the Return of the River Favor
  • Nighttime

This Artifact is another two-parter that’s part of a local Favor. It’s unique however in that it’s the only one where the second half is found in a different region from the first. You’ll also need to complete the Return of the River Favor and set the time of day to night to find the second half.

To find the first half, head to The Jungle and make your way to the top of the dam using the lift. At the top, slip through the crack on the right-hand wall of the dam (you may have to reveal it by blowing up the yellow Wind Fissure with the Draupnir Spear). On the other side, head all the way left to find the first half.

For the Artifacts second half, make sure you complete the Return of the River Favor here at the top of the dam if you haven’t done that yet. You should also set the time of day to night if it isn’t right now: you can do that at a Celestial Altar on the South-Eastern riverbank.

Row all the way North until you’re back in The Plains, then head West until you reach the end of the river. Here, go North and drop into the Drakki den. If you haven’t been here already, you’ll have to defeat it before you do anything else!

Once the coast is clear, look for a doorway that leads under the local Celestial Altar. To the left of the Altar and a bit down the wall will be the other half of the Artifact!

The Jungle Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in The Jungle.

Kvasir’s Poems 12 - An Organization: In The Future

• Prerequisite: Nighttime
• References: The Order: 1886

This Artifact is found in The Jungle region of Vanaheim, which is part of the more arid Northern half of the realm. To get here, you’ll need to set the time of day to night; you can do this by finding one of the Celestial Altars in one of the elevated Seidr-controlled spots. They have a stone tower above them.

Once you’ve done this, head directly South of the Celestial Altar in the Western half of The Plains. You’ll want to cross over to the opposite side to the South, but how you get there depends on if you’ve got a river or not:

• If you’ve not done the Return of the River Favor and released the dam’s waters, you’ll have to cross over using a rock bridge that spans the chasm. If this is your only option, you’ll have to do it at night, otherwise the road to the rock bridge will be blocked by a wall of plants.
• If you have done the Return of the River Favor, there’ll be a river here instead. To cross, you’ll have to get in the boat and row over to the shore here. If you can do this, you won’t have to go at night!

Once you’re across, head through the tunnels until you come to a large gap. Cross over it by climbing the ruined wall on your left: once across, the Artifact will be in the back-right corner at the feet of a warrior.

Spirit Mementos 5 - Child's Toy

• Prerequisite: Complete the Return of the River Favor

This Artifact is a two-parter, where you find half in one location and half in another. It requires using a boat, meaning you must have completed the Return of the River Favor in the area.

Once you’ve done that, dock the boat at the beach where the Celestial Altar and Mystic Gateway are, then check the Western corner for half of the Artifact. You’ll pick up the Casualties of War: The Toy Favor as you do.

The other half of the Artifact is in the area where you fight the two Ogres. To get there, you can either go through the back of the local ruins, or head North up the river and take a right to go around the Ogre area itself.

Once you’ve slipped through the gap (and defeated the Ogres if you haven’t already), check to the right of the giant ring (which has two dragons facing away, the spirit’s clue) to find the other half of the Artifact.

The Sinkholes Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in The Sinkholes.

Kvasir’s Poems 11 - Eastern Specter

• References: Ghost of Tsushima

This Artifact is found in The Sinkholes, one of the more arid regions in the Northern half of Vanaheim. You cannot visit this area until you complete the Creatures of Prophecy main quest. It’s found in the arena where you fight the Crag Jaw: to get there, climb up the wall next to the Mystic Gateway at The Sinkholes’ entrance at the river, then head through the tunnels.

Once you’re there and have defeated the Crag Jaw, head for the North-Western corner of the arena and look for the Red Fungi Bramble: destroy it with a Hex Bubble and Blazing Surge combo.

Slip through the gap, then head left, then right to go up the stairs. The Artifact will be at the top, at the feet of a dead warrior.

Spirit Mementos 4 - Hourglass

• Prerequisite: Complete the Return of the River Favor

This Spirit Memento can technically be started as soon as you can get to The Sinkholes the earliest. However you cannot find the other half of it until you complete the Return of the River Favor in The Jungle, which allows you to complete it.

Once you’ve done this, head to the Mystic Gateway for The Sinkholes Entrance and then head down the tunnel above it. When you emerge outside, head right, lower the gate if you need to, then jump the gap and go right where you’ll go back inside.

Here, freeze the Scorn Pole with the Leviathan Axe so that you can proceed though the gap on the right.

Around the corner from here will be the first half of the Artifact! You’ll now have two ways to continue forward:

• If you’ve already raised both gates in the circular area you passed through earlier, you can get to the boat by going to the North-East end, jumping across the river, then going to the dock near the Celestial Altar.
• If you haven’t raised both gates in the circular area, you’ll have to backtrack back through both tunnels and then grapple across the river near the Mystic Gateway to return to the boat. Find the dock in the circular area so you can lower the North-Eastern gate blocking the way.

Once you’re through, head for the beach North-West of the tunnel’s entrance and dock there. Head through the gate; if this is your first time here, you’ll have to deal with both Draugr and dragon fire!

At the end of the tunnels you’ll block the dragon with debris and have to climb up the right-hand wall to escape. Instead of doing that, check the end of the tunnel to find the other half of the Artifact!

All Midgard Artifacts and Poem Locations

The Midgard Artifacts and Poems have been ordered by when you can visit them earliest in the game. Use the table below to jump to a specific collectible you’re looking for:

Lake of Nine Artifacts

There are three Artifacts to be found in the Lake of Nine.

Stolen Treasures 2 - Kila

• References: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

This Artifact is found on a small island North-East of Tyr’s Temple, the large round structure in the middle of the Lake of Nine.

Approach from the South, then go up the stairs to the top. The Artifact will be at the feet of a corpse on your right.

Stolen Treasures 3 - Janbiya

This Artifact is found in a snowed-in room at the base of Tyr’s Temple, the large round building in the middle of the lake. You can find it at the North-East side of the building, close to the base of the bridge and to the right of the entrance to the Raider Stronghold.

When you get there, smash the icicles with the method of your choosing, then head in and grab it.

Stolen Treasures 4 - Maya

This Artifact is located directly under the Realm Bridge of Tyr’s Temple, the large round structure in the Lake of Nine.

There you’ll find a small ledge you can vault up: the Artifact will be on your left here.

Shores of Nine Artifacts

There is one Artifact to be found in the Shores of Nine.

Stolen Treasures 5 - Fert

This Treasure is visible during an early jaunt in Midgard, however it isn’t available to collect until you’re able to explore the Shores and Lake of Nine as Kratos.

Once you’re able to, head for the Svartalfheim Realm Tower, the one directly North of Tyr’s Temple (that’s the large round structure in the middle of the Lake of Nine). On the right-hand side is a ledge you can leap up to.

At the top, jump across the gap using the Grapple Point into the dark room: the Artifact will be on your right. While you’re here, make sure to loot the nearby Coffin for 2 Slag Deposits, 5 Beast Scraps and 273 Hacksilver.

The Derelict Outpost Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found at The Derelict Outpost.

Stolen Treasures 6 - Lyre

This Artifact is found in The Derelict Outpost, which is the ruins you have to climb into in the South-West area of the Lake of Nine. Specifically, it’s just after the second wooden crane, which you have to raise up into position using a chain.

Once you’ve done this, grapple across the gap, then turn around: drop down the left-hand ledge to a lower area. Defeat the three Wisps here, then pick up the Artifact glowing next to a corpse slumped on the wall.

The Oarsman Artifacts

There is one Artifact and one Poem to be found in The Oarsman.

Stolen Treasures 1 - Ankh

This Artifact is found at the end of the path in The Oarsman. After pulling the chain to move the boat, head down the staircase, then make a U-Turn to the right to find a small passage you can vault through.

The Artifact will be here on the right, with a Hacksilver Chest on the left.

Kvasir’s Poems 14 - The Dead Do Not Ride

This Artifact is found in the first room of The Oarsman, however it’s inside one of the giant boats. Thus, you cannot get inside it until you’ve climbed back above ground, defeated the Stalker, pulled the chain to move the boat, descended back underground, and opened the gate back to the starting area.

Once you’ve done all that, return to the starting area and once again climb up the wall to the left of the Nornir Chest. You’ll now climb into the giant boat: when you get to the top, the Artifact will be on your right! The Coffin here contains 6 Stonewood and 891 Hacksilver.
